Located at the Center of Paradise
A smaller Condominium establishment located at the center of Paradise ( Clearwater, St. Petersburgh, Tampa area

Living at Bay Palms is rather special, not only are there many friends in the development that you can meet at the pool and clubhouse, but the location also provides such a central point to the many activities in the area.
Mold Test:
Advised ownership and President of Condo board May 2013 of Mold test, told everything OK, re-occurence of mold and questions verified nothing was ever doneMold Results .
Beaches:
Numerous beaches in the area. For instance the State Park on Honeymoon Island provides not only great beaches but walking trails to view the ospreys and eagles that make their homes in the tall pine trees.
Clearwater Beach is superb and provides venues for all beach related activities plus eating establishments. Visit the sunset celebration on the pier.
Indian Shores or Indian Rocks is more laid back with the crowd a bit older but the beach is still excellent.
Fort Desota is in another State Park and the beaches there are excellent. Here you can visit an army fort where armament has been maintained in an 1800 era. Also camping is available.
Special Sites:
Tarpon Springs is home to a Greek diving community with fabulous Greek dining establishments. A return visit is more than likely.
Dunedin makes you feel like you wish you had been born there. Rather small but so nice to visit.
Saint Petersburg has a very unique wharf that was known throughout the world (now imploded), the Dali Museum and the Bayfront shopping center.
Safety Harbor has the fountains of youth and just the fabulous Phillipe Park that hosts many of the area picnic functions along Tampa Bay.

Bay Palms Condos, Largo, Florida
Bay Palms Condominiums are located on East Bay, but are actually separated from the major road by several hundred feet as business establishments are between them and East Bay Dr. Actually the development is quite small in size with less than 100 units made up of six two story buildings
As the number of units is not that large it makes for a rather quiet location where neighbors are quite friendly
The swimming pool area not only provides for swimming but also a meeting point for many of the residents to partake in happy hours and snacks. Also quite often there are gatherings for special functions such a morning breakfasts, parties, etc.
